Do I have to register my student(s) for Family Weekend?

Yes! If you want your student(s) to attend activities with you during Family Weekend your student(s) needs to be registered as well. We have planned these events to be for your entire family, and this is a great time for your family to connect with your Georgia Tech student(s). We encourage you to ask your student(s) about any conflicting exams, papers or other events that my conflict before registering for Family Weekend.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for any reason. Please consider reviewing the schedule of events before registering.

 

How do I add someone or update information on my existing registration?

You can make adjustments to your reservation by accessing the Family Weekend online registration form using your Registration ID and Password. Your unique Registration ID and Password would be one in which you create in order to begin the process of registration. To make a change to your registration (add an event or update information), you may log on to your Family Weekend registration site.

 

Does everyone attending Family Weekend need to complete the model release waiver and the liability release waiver?

Yes, each participant, INCLUDING the Georgia Tech student, parents and guests that are participating in Family Weekend, are required to have a completed liability form and model release waiver.  Click on the links below to view these waivers.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds for any reason. We encourage you to make sure you can attend Family Weekend before registering.    

 

Can I use an iPad to complete the registration process?

Yes, our new registration system is mobile friendly. 

 

What if I need accessible accommodations?

Georgia Tech is committed to ensuring that no individual with a disability is excluded, or denied access because of the absence of auxiliary aids or services. If you plan to request specific dietary needs, or programmatic accommodations, (sign language interpreter, alternate format for print information), please contact the program coordinator with your requested accommodations prior to the event (three weeks in advance is suggested). If you use a wheelchair or other mobility assistive device, please notify the program coordinator prior to the event (three weeks in advance is suggested).
